Shipping Damage or Issues

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. NextGen Irrigation is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If a package is delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking number. We will assist when possible to help resolve the issue.
