Certain products may be available in limited quantities and may be discontinued at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Product availability
Errors in pricing or product descriptions
Suspected fraudulent activity

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

NextGen Irrigation works with third-party shipping carriers to deliver orders. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. NextGen Irrigation is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

5. Returns and Refunds

Products may be returned under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products
Items that arrive damaged during shipping or contain a factory defect may be returned. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting photos when requested.

Other Returns
Products returned for reasons other than shipping damage or manufacturer defect will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Products sold by NextGen Irrigation may be covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. NextGen Irrigation does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

NextGen Irrigation shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product purchased from us.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed and used properly and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

All logos, branding, content, and materials associated with NextGen Irrigation are the property of NextGen Irrigation and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
